Quantum Law Course Guide Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Quantum Law Course Guide, a free educational application created and provided by Ralph Losey.

By using the Quantum Law Course Guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Guide

The Quantum Law Course Guide provides public educational information concerning Quantum Law, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, evidence, cybersecurity, professional judgment, and related subjects.

The Guide also provides information about the separate Quantum Law Course and links to selected public pages on QuantumLawCourse.com.

The Guide is intended for education and general information. It does not provide access to paid course materials.

2. No Legal Advice or Professional Relationship

The Quantum Law Course Guide does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal consultation, or any other professional service.

Use of the Guide does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, consulting relationship, or other professional relationship with Ralph Losey or anyone else.

Ralph Losey is retired from the practice of law.

Nothing provided through the Guide should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional concerning a particular legal, technical, cybersecurity, financial, scientific, or other matter.

3. Educational Information and Independent Verification

The Guide is designed to provide useful and accurate educational information, but artificial-intelligence systems, source materials, websites, technology, scientific knowledge, laws, regulations, standards, and other information may change or contain errors.

Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment and independently verifying information when accuracy is important.

No representation or warranty is made that information provided through the Guide is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. Use Through ChatGPT and OpenAI Services

The Guide may be accessed through ChatGPT or other OpenAI services.

Use of ChatGPT and other OpenAI services is separately governed by the terms, policies, privacy practices, account requirements, and technical systems of OpenAI.

These Terms govern the Quantum Law Course Guide itself and do not replace or modify any agreement between a user and OpenAI.

5. External Links

The Guide may contain links to public pages on QuantumLawCourse.com and to other external resources.

External websites are separate from the Guide and may have their own terms, privacy policies, content, and practices.

A link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of all content appearing on an external website.

The Guide itself does not process payments, conduct course enrollment, sell digital content, or complete purchases.

6. Separate Quantum Law Course and Other Offerings

The Quantum Law Course is a separate educational offering governed by its own terms and conditions.

Information concerning the course, group education, post-graduate educational conversations, or other offerings may be available through public informational pages linked from the Guide.

Use of the free Quantum Law Course Guide does not purchase, include, or create any right to paid course access or any other separately offered service.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, organization, original concepts, educational materials, graphics, branding, and other original content of the Quantum Law Course Guide are owned by Ralph Losey and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Users may access and use the Guide for personal, educational, and professional informational purposes.

Without prior written permission, users may not:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Guide as their own work;
  • sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Guide content;
  • systematically scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Guide content;
  • remove copyright, authorship, or attribution information; or
  • use substantial Guide content to train or develop another artificial-intelligence model or dataset.

Ordinary quotation, citation, commentary, teaching, scholarship, and other uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted by these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Guide:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or compromise the Guide, its server, or related systems;
  • to attempt unauthorized access to paid course materials, user accounts, administrative functions, or nonpublic information;
  • to impersonate another person or misrepresent the source of information obtained through the Guide; or
  • in a manner that violates applicable OpenAI terms or policies.

9. Privacy

Use of information associated with the Quantum Law Course Guide is described in the separate Quantum Law Course Guide Privacy Policy.

Users should not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, confidential client information, medical information, authentication credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information to the Guide.

10. Availability and Changes

The Guide is provided as an educational service and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Features, content, links, technical infrastructure, and availability may change without notice.

There is no obligation to maintain any particular feature or to update previously published educational material.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Guide is provided “as is” and “as available.”

No express or implied warranty is made concerning availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or results obtained from use of the Guide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ralph Losey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Quantum Law Course Guide or an external resource linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as the Guide, applicable law, OpenAI requirements, or the services provided through the Guide change.
