Post-Graduate Fireside Chat with Ralph Losey
Price: $500 per 45-minute session. Availability is limited.
After completing the course, some students may want to discuss the material directly with Ralph Losey, who created this course. For that reason, Ralph offers graduates of the Quantum Law course a unique opportunity for a private, 45-minute educational conversation by video conference or phone. These are informal, zero-judgment dialogues. Intended as a peer-to-peer exchange, not instruction or advice of any kind. See Class Eight for more information.
Topics: These unique one-on-one sessions are informal, student-directed dialogues. They may address course concepts, AI, quantum law, e-discovery, legal education, professional competence, or broader questions raised by the course.
Safe Harbor: Students may explore ideas related to the course, including speculation about the multiverse, entanglement, infinity, quantum consciousness, and other frontier questions. Ralph is interested in hearing your ideas and thoughts. Personal privacy is required both ways. To protect the private nature of the conversation, graduates may not bring other people to the session and may not record it unless Ralph agrees in advance. Execution of the separate click-through agreement below is required.
Eligibility: Fireside Chats are available only to students who have enrolled in the Quantum Law course and completed all eight classes. To encourage reflection, and to avoid impulse scheduling, the purchase option becomes available no sooner than 24 hours after course enrollment. Students must also affirm completion of the full course before proceeding to payment.
Human Interaction: Ralph is not a sycophant AI. He provides candid feedback, including “I don’t know; what do you think?”
Ralph’s Limited Time: Being a human, not an AI, the time available for Ralph to engage in these conversations is limited. For that reason, sessions may not be stacked by a graduate to increase the time for a single conversation. After completing one Fireside Chat, a student may request another 45-minute session, subject to Ralph’s availability.
This conversation opportunity depends on Ralph’s availability and may be cancelled or postponed by him at any time. If Ralph cancels and the session is not rescheduled, any paid fee for that Fireside Chat will be refunded.
Ralph has retired from the practice of law and absolutely no legal advice will be considered or provided. This conference is for educational and conversational purposes only.
After purchase: You should receive an order confirmation email soon after purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder and mark the message as “Not spam.”
After that first confirmation email, Ralph or a scheduling assistant will also contact you directly to calendar the Fireside Chat. That second contact may take a few work days. A mutually convenient time will then be scheduled for your 45-minute educational conversation. No scheduling calendar is required at checkout.
Availability is limited, and sessions end at the scheduled time so Ralph can preserve time, focus, and energy for students and ongoing course work.
This per-session payment amount is not subject to discounts of any kind. If Ralph is swamped by this offer, he may have to increase the session price. The right to do so at any time before payment is made is preserved.
Fireside Chat Participation Agreement
1. Eligibility
By proceeding, you confirm that you have completed the full Quantum Law course.
2. Scope of Discussion
The Fireside Chat is an informal, educational conversation. It is not a legal consultation.
3. No Legal Advice
No legal advice will be given. No attorney-client relationship is created.
4. Confidentiality; No Privilege
The conversation is private but not protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not disclose confidential, privileged, proprietary, or sensitive information.
5. Recording
No recording without Ralph’s express consent at the time of the session.
6. Use of Generalized Ideas
Ralph may later use generalized, anonymized ideas arising from Fireside Chat conversations. He will not use private facts, names, identifying details, or direct quotes without permission.
7. Scheduling and No-Shows
Sessions are limited to 45 minutes. Once scheduled, payment is final except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Ralph Losey.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be permitted to reschedule and will not receive a refund.
8. Misuse and Remedies
Unauthorized recording, publication, quotation, distribution, or commercial use of the conversation may result in cancellation of access to future Fireside Chats and may subject the participant to other available legal remedies.
9. Governing Law
Florida law applies. Venue is Orlando, Orange County, Florida.
As mentioned above, after the purchase goes through you will be contacted directly by Ralph or a scheduling assistant to schedule a mutually convenient time.
