Group access to the course is available through two paths: direct purchase for 10 to 20 seats, and separately structured written agreements for 21 or more seats.

Group licensing allows organizations to build a shared vocabulary and common framework for quantum-related legal issues before those issues arise in litigation, compliance, cybersecurity, contracting, insurance, or evidence disputes.

Why Group Licensing Matters

Quantum-related legal issues will rarely stay confined to one lawyer or one department. They may affect cybersecurity, discovery, contracts, insurance, privacy, export controls, expert testimony, and litigation strategy. Group licensing allows a team to develop a common understanding of the risks and concepts before they become urgent.

The purpose is not to turn every participant into a quantum expert. The purpose is to give the group enough shared understanding to recognize issues, ask better questions, and respond with judgment.

Group learning also helps organizations evaluate quantum-related claims consistently. Quantum readiness will not be handled by one lawyer in isolation. It may require coordination among legal, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, procurement, compliance, insurance, litigation, technology leadership, and outside experts. A shared vocabulary helps the group distinguish real engineering progress from marketing language, understand vendor commitments, preserve the right records, and identify when specialized technical advice is needed.

Simple Tiered Licensing

  • Practice Group License (10–20 seats):
    20% discount from the standard individual rate of $295, for a per-seat price of $236.00. Suitable for focused practice groups, litigation teams, corporate legal departments, cybersecurity groups, legal technology teams, and smaller organizations seeking a consistent internal approach to quantum-related legal issues.
  • Large Group License (21+ seats):
    Per-seat or institutional arrangements for 21 or more seats handled separately by written agreement. Available for law firms, corporate legal departments, bar associations, law schools, courts, judicial education groups, and professional organizations.

Discounts apply to course seats only and do not apply to optional Fireside Chats.

Direct Enrollment for 10–20 Seats

Organizations purchasing 10 to 20 seats may select the exact number of seats needed and pay only for that number of seats.

Because group course access is delivered digitally, all sales are final once access is granted, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Losey AI, LLC.

  • 21 or more seats: not sold through automated checkout; handled separately by written agreement.

Before purchasing a 10–20 seat group license, please review and accept the Group License Terms below. The person completing the purchase must be authorized to purchase the group license on behalf of the organization.

Data Privacy and Intellectual Property

  • Data Privacy: Student information is not sold. The learning environment is designed to minimize unnecessary tracking and preserve professional discretion.
  • Seat Integrity: Each seat is assigned to a named individual so that access remains clear, professional, and properly licensed.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Course materials are proprietary and protected by copyright. Group participants must comply with course access and use restrictions.

Group License Terms

1. License Grant

Subject to purchase and applicable written approval, the purchasing organization is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to provide access to the Course for the number of seats purchased and approved.

2. Named Seats Only

Each seat must be assigned to one named individual only. A seat may not be shared, pooled, rotated, transferred, or used by multiple persons at the same time or in succession without prior written approval.

3. Authorized Purchaser and Seat Assignment

The person completing the purchase represents that they are authorized to purchase the group license on behalf of the purchasing organization. After payment, the purchaser must provide the names and email addresses of the individual seat holders. Course access will be activated only for approved named individuals.

The purchasing organization is responsible for the accuracy of seat information and for ensuring that all participants comply with these Group License Terms and applicable Course access restrictions.

4. Administrative Control

For group licenses, seat assignments, changes, and access administration are handled directly. The purchaser is responsible for supplying accurate user information and ensuring that participants comply with these terms.

5. Access Period

Each approved seat provides access for 12 months from activation, unless earlier suspended or terminated for material breach.

6. Intellectual Property

All Course materials remain the intellectual property of Ralph Losey and Losey AI, LLC. No purchaser or participant acquires any ownership interest in the materials.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, republish, or publicly display the materials
  • Create derivative works or internal training substitutes based on the Course
  • Upload, input, or use the Course materials, or substantial portions of them, to train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, evaluate, summarize, or populate any artificial intelligence system or competing educational product.
  • Provide access to anyone other than the specifically authorized named users
  • Share logins, credentials, screenshots, downloads, or substantial excerpts from the Course

7. Educational Purpose; No Legal Advice

The Course is educational only. It does not provide legal advice, consulting, representation, expert services, or case strategy, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

8. Course Version and Updates

The Course is provided as a fixed educational work as of the version purchased. Ralph Losey and Losey AI, LLC may revise or supplement the Course over time, but no specific update schedule is promised and no duty to update is assumed.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Remedies

Any material breach of these terms, including unauthorized seat sharing, copying, distribution, AI training use, or creation of competing materials, may result in suspension or termination of access. Ralph Losey and Losey AI, LLC reserve all legal and equitable rights and remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted by law. Because group access is delivered digitally, all sales are final once access is granted, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Losey AI, LLC. This refund limitation also applies if access is suspended or terminated for material breach.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These terms are governed by Florida law. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Seat Assignment After Purchase

After purchase, the group purchaser will provide the names and email addresses of the individual seat holders. Access will be activated only for those named individuals.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that participants understand and comply with the Group License Terms, including the restrictions on shared logins, redistribution, copying, and unauthorized use of Course materials.

Large Group Licenses for 21 or More Seats

Group licenses for 21 or more seats are not sold through automated checkout. These arrangements are structured individually based on the organization, number of participants, intended use, and access needs.
